My client is Leading Retailer seeking Head of Transport Strategy, Planning & Development – Base is Flexible.

You may be operating at this level as Transport Director or Head of Transport or someone who is at General Manager level hungry for that next challenge, promotion!

Brief

Reporting into the Director you be responsible for Primary/backhaul operations & new business development team/revenue
Container operations planning team ( we are UK largest importer ) managing port to DC movements
Secondary regional and national transport planning team ( paragon ) – this is the plan that all sites execute on a daily basis
Transport strategy & systems development team – synergy opportunities, efficiency opportunities, digitalization of our processes and data

Salary

£80,0000 – £100,000 + Excellent Benefits
